1. Order Cancellation by Customer


Customers can request to cancel an order only under the following conditions:

  1. Before Processing/Shipping: An order can be cancelled only if it has not yet been processed or shipped from our warehouse. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it cannot be cancelled by the customer.

  5. Confirmation of Cancellation: A cancellation is only confirmed once you receive a cancellation confirmation email from Jonopriyo.com.bd. If you do not receive a confirmation, your order has not been cancelled.
  6. Refund for Cancelled Orders: If your order is successfully cancelled before processing/shipping, a full refund will be initiated. The refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., mobile banking, bank transfer) within 7-10 business days.


2. Order Cancellation by Jonopriyo.com.bd


Jonopriyo.com.bd reserves the right to cancel any order for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  1. Product Unavailability: If the ordered product becomes unavailable or out of stock after the order is placed.
  2. Pricing Errors: If a pricing error is detected. In such cases, we will inform you and offer you the option to proceed with the correct price or cancel the order.
  3. Payment Issues: If payment is not received or verified.
  4. Suspected Fraudulent Activity: If the order appears to be fraudulent or suspicious.
  5. Violation of Terms: If the customer is found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  6. Unforeseen Circumstances: Due to force majeure events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In the event that Jonopriyo.com.bd cancels an order, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled


Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed over to our delivery partners, it cannot be cancelled.

  1. If you no longer wish to receive an item that has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Return Policy once you receive the product. Please note that return conditions and potential return shipping costs will apply.
  2. For hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., opened cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, or any undergarment that has been tried on or removed from its original packaging), even if the order cannot be cancelled post-dispatch, these items may become non-returnable/non-refundable if opened upon receipt, as per our Return Policy.
