1. Eligibility for Returns
For an item to be eligible for return, it must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you received your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused, and unopened condition, precisely as you received it. This includes all original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and any hygiene seals intact and unbroken.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase from Jonopriyo.com.bd is mandatory.
- Reason for Return (Acceptable Scenarios):
- Damaged or Defective Product: If the item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Item Shipped: If you received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong color, size, or product type).
- Significant Discrepancy: If the product significantly does not match the description provided on our website.
- Change of Mind: For eligible items (see Non-Returnable Items below), if you simply changed your mind, provided the item is unopened and in perfect, resalable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Strictly Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable If Opened/Used)
For reasons of hygiene, health, safety, and product integrity, the following items are generally NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange if they have been opened, used, or their original sealed packaging/hygiene seals have been broken:
- Cosmetics & Skincare (Opened/Used): Any makeup, skincare products (creams, lotions, serums, cleansers, masks), or personal care items (shampoos, conditioners, body washes, soaps, oral care) that have been unsealed, opened, or used.
- Fragrances (Opened/Used): Perfumes, deodorants, or other fragrance products that have been opened, unsealed, or sprayed.
- Undergarments: Due to strict hygiene regulations and personal nature, all undergarments (bras, panties, shapers, etc.) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect reported immediately upon receipt without the item being tried on or worn. Please refer to size guides carefully before purchasing.
- Perishable Goods: Items with a specific expiry date that have been opened or are close to their expiry.
- Gift Cards: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Free Promotional Items or Samples: These cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return an item:

- Provide Information: In your communication, please include:
- Your full name and contact number.
- Your Order Number (essential for verification).
- The specific item(s) you wish to return.
- A clear, detailed reason for the return (e.g., "damaged bottle," "wrong color received," "change of mind for unopened cream").
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Attach clear, well-lit photos or a short video showing the issue (e.g., packaging damage, product defect, item received vs. item ordered). This is crucial for quick processing.
- Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our customer service team will review your request. If your return is approved and meets the eligibility criteria, you will receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item back. Please do NOT send any items back without an RA number, as it may result in delays or non-acceptance of your return.
- Prepare the Package:
- Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.
- Include all original accessories, free gifts (if any were part of the original purchase), and documentation.
- Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Return Shipping
- Cost of Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped), Jonopriyo.com.bd will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide instructions for reverse pickup or reimburse you for standard shipping charges upon verification.
- For "change of mind" returns or if the return is not due to our error, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a reliable courier service that provides tracking for your return shipment. Jonopriyo.com.bd is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process if you are responsible for arranging the shipment.
5. Inspection and Resolution
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality control team (typically within 3-5 business days). We will verify that the item meets the conditions outlined in Section 1 (Eligibility) and Section 2 (Non-Returnable Items).
- Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return based on the inspection.
- Resolution (Refund or Exchange):
- Approved Returns: If approved, you will be eligible for a refund or, in cases of damaged/incorrect items, an exchange for the correct product (subject to availability). Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
- Rejected Returns: If your return is rejected (e.g., item used, seals broken, outside return window), we will inform you of the reason. The item may be sent back to you at your expense, or it may not be eligible for any further action.
