1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund/exchange:
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return request within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging (where applicable), with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from Jonopriyo.com.bd is required.
- Reason for Return: Returns are generally accepted for:
- Damaged or defective products received.
- Incorrect items shipped (different from what was ordered).
- Products that do not match the description on the website (significant discrepancy).
- Change of mind (subject to specific conditions for hygiene products below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items are generally NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange if they have been opened, used, or their original sealed packaging/hygiene seals are broken:
- Opened Cosmetics & Skincare: Any makeup, skincare products, or personal care items (e.g., creams, lotions, serums, cleansers, shampoos, conditioners, body washes, soaps, face masks) that have been opened, used, or their sealed packaging broken.
- Opened Fragrances: Perfumes, deodorants, or other fragrance products that have been unsealed or used.
- Undergarments: Due to strict hygiene protocols, all undergarments (bras, panties, shapers, etc.) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased, unless there is a manufacturing defect reported immediately upon receipt and without trying on. Please check sizing carefully before purchase.
- Perishable Goods: Items with an expiry date that have been opened or are close to expiry.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
- Free promotional items or samples.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide Details: In your request, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- Name of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Reason for the return (e.g., damaged, incorrect item, change of mind).
- Attach clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Do not send items back without an RA number.
- Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, free gifts (if any), and documentation are included.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s) unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Jonopriyo.com.bd is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
4. Refunds
- Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for this process.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., mobile banking, bank transfer) within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will include the product cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned beyond the 7-day return window.
5. Exchanges
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will happily arrange for an exchange for the correct item, provided stock is available. Please follow the return process outlined above.
- For "change of mind" returns, exchanges are generally not offered for hygiene-sensitive products once opened. If the item is sealed and eligible for return, you may return it for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item:
- Do not open or use the product.
- Take clear photos or videos of the damage or incorrect item immediately upon receipt.

7. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

- If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return policy.
